Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is electrostatic spraying?

Electrostatic spraying is an advanced disinfection method that charges disinfectant particles, allowing them to wrap around surfaces for complete and even coverage. This ensures thorough sanitization, including hard-to-reach areas. Learn more here

Yes! We use EPA-approved, eco-friendly disinfectants that are tough on germs but safe for people, pets, and the environment.

Is the disinfectant safe for my family and pets?

Absolutely! Our disinfectants are formulated to be safe for furniture, upholstery, electronics, and other delicate surfaces. They provide effective sanitization without causing damage.

Is it safe for furniture and delicate surfaces?

Our electrostatic disinfection process effectively eliminates a wide range of harmful pathogens, including:

  • Viruses with Lipid Envelopes: Influenza, Hepatitis B & C, HIV, RSV, CMV, HSV, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella-Zoster (Shingles/Chickenpox)

  • Bacteria: Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, Klebsiella, E. coli, Legionella, Enterobacteriaceae

  • Fungi & Molds: Aspergillus fumigatus, A. flavus, A. niger, Candida albicans

  • Viruses without Envelopes: Norovirus, Rotavirus, Rhinovirus, Poliovirus, Papillomavirus (HPV), Coxsackie, Adenovirus

What types of germs does your treatment kill?

Treatment time depends on the size of the space and the level of sanitization required. Smaller jobs may take just a few minutes, while larger spaces might require more time. In most cases, you can return to your space within 10 minutes after treatment, as our disinfectants are safe for humans and pets and leave no toxic residue.

How long will treatment take, and how long will I have to be out of my space?

Minimal preparation is required. We recommend removing perishable food items from countertops and storing open food packages if cabinet interiors are being treated. There’s no need to move furniture, clothing, or electronics, as our solution quickly stabilizes after application.

Do I need to do anything before treatment?

Yes, we recommend removing pets from the area during treatment. Although our disinfectant is non-toxic, the presence of technicians in protective gear may cause stress to animals.

Do I need to move my pets out during treatment?

Frequency depends on the level of foot traffic and the nature of your environment. High-traffic areas may require regular treatments, while lower-traffic spaces can be sanitized periodically.

How often should I have my space sanitized?

No, the disinfectant dries quickly and leaves no sticky or harmful residue on surfaces.
